With broad experience in technology development in the oil and gas industry - both on offshore installations and in advanced product development - he has built up a rare strong technological foundation, combined with high-level business understanding.

Aleksander has developed everything from downhole tools to software solutions, and has led the digital transformation of an international oil company. He works purposefully to ensure that technology and strategy go hand in hand, focusing on the technological work actually providing operational impact and support to business objectives.
